Jeff explains when to use each option, and the differences between exporting via File > Export > Movie, and File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder. Jeff also looks at the options for exporting audio files, still image frames, and authoringDVDs with or without menus. Along the way, Jeff provides some insider tips on the settings available within each format, and helps you to understand when to tweak options such as setting minimum, maximum and target bitrates, choosing pixel aspect ratios, and defining your color depth.
